Keep your vacuum furnace running at specification for its entire service life. Lakshmi Vacuum supplies genuine spares and carries out hot-zone refurbishment for graphite, molybdenum, Inconel and stainless-steel chambers, alongside complete annual maintenance contracts (AMC) — mechanical, electrical and control-system work included. Every part is backed by the same team that built your furnace, with support from our Bengaluru facility and a service network operating across 9+ Indian locations.
Keeping a Vacuum Furnace at Specification
A vacuum furnace is really a system of consumables. Heating elements, insulation, hearth rails, seals, pump oils and sensors wear at different rates, and every one of them feeds back into cycle time, temperature uniformity and power consumption. Attending to them at the right time is what separates a furnace that runs profitably for decades from one that quietly loses performance long before it fails.
Lakshmi Vacuum supplies genuine spares and consumables for the furnaces we build — hot zone graphite, ceramics and insulators, molybdenum, CFC and insulation materials, sealing O-rings and gaskets, vacuum pump maintenance kits, oils and grease, sensors, valves, heat exchangers, cooling systems and machined parts. The same engineering team that designed your furnace identifies the correct item, so fit, material grade and service life are never left to guesswork.
Where a rebuild makes more sense than part-by-part replacement, our engineers carry out hot zone and vessel refurbishment — graphite, molybdenum, Inconel and stainless-steel chambers — alongside vacuum pumping system service, sensor and valve work, control panel revamping, furnace descaling and heat exchanger servicing. Annual maintenance contracts bring all of it into one planned programme, supported from our Bengaluru facility and a service network across 9+ Indian locations.

Spares & Service Enquiry — How It Works
Share the furnace details
Tell us the brand, model and serial number, the part or the job, and when you need it. A photograph or drawing helps us identify the exact item.
Our team identifies what fits
The spares and service team that supports your furnace model reviews the requirement and confirms the correct part or the scope of work.
You receive a clear quotation
Pricing, availability and the expected schedule come back to you in writing — nothing is committed until you approve it.
Planned around your production
Service visits, refurbishment or an AMC schedule are agreed with your maintenance calendar, so the furnace is back in production on your timeline.
Spares & Services — Frequently Asked Questions
What details do you need to quote a spare part or a service?
Send the furnace brand, model and serial number, the part name or a photograph, and the quantity you need. Our spares team identifies the correct item and comes back with a quotation.
Which spares are replaced most often?
Hot zone components such as heaters, connecting blocks, hearth rails, nozzles and graphite fixtures, along with insulation boards and felts, CFC sheets, sealing O-rings and gaskets, vacuum pump oils and maintenance kits, sensors and valves.
When is refurbishment the better option rather than replacing parts one by one?
When heating elements, insulation or hearth rails have degraded enough that cycle times, power consumption or temperature consistency begin to drift. Share the furnace details and our engineers will advise on the right scope for a graphite, molybdenum, Inconel or stainless-steel chamber.
Do you supply consumables for planned maintenance?
Yes. Pump oils, grease, sealing O-rings, gaskets and insulation materials can be supplied as one-off orders or as planned annual requirements, so the items you are most likely to need are already on your shelf.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC)?
Yes. Our team prepares AMC proposals covering planned service and spares for your furnace, with mechanical, electrical and control-system work included. Share the furnace details and we will follow up with the scope and pricing.
How do I reach the spares team?
