Vacuum Heat Treatment Units Across India

Lakshmi Vacuum has manufactured vacuum furnaces in Bengaluru since 2003, and we run the same class of equipment ourselves. That is deliberate: our 9+ vacuum heat treatment units are where we learn how a furnace behaves in production every single day, and those lessons go straight back into the machines we build.

Each unit delivers vacuum brazing, hardening, tempering, annealing, solution treatment, degassing and low-pressure nitriding as commercial job work — for customers who buy furnaces, for customers who only need parts processed, and for plants that need surge capacity on a peak cycle. Every batch runs to a documented cycle with a test report, whether the parts are going to a domestic tier-1 line or to one of our 10+ export destinations.

Vacuum Heat Treatment Unit — Bengaluru

Karnataka

Our home city runs both the corporate office at Peenya Industrial Area and manufacturing Units I & II at Sompura Industrial Area, Nelamangala. The Bengaluru vacuum heat treatment unit sits alongside the production floor, so process development for a new furnace and job-work trials for a customer use the same hot zones and the same cycles.

Process Capability

Vacuum Heat Treatment Processes We Run Every Day

Every unit is equipped to run the processes our customers send out most often. If a job needs a cycle that is not listed, our process engineers work with you on a trial before production begins.

Vacuum Brazing
Joining and fabricating assemblies, tool tips and leak-tight components in a clean, flux-free atmosphere.
Vacuum Hardening
Through-hardening of tool steels, alloy steels and stainless grades with controlled gas quenching.
Tempering
Post-hardening stress relief to hit the final hardness and toughness window.
Annealing & Solution Treatment
Softening, stress removal and homogenising for machining, forming and corrosion resistance.
Degassing
Removing dissolved gases to stop porosity in subsequent welding and coating.
Low-Pressure Nitriding
Case-hardening a wear-resistant surface layer without a salt bath or hazardous waste.
Sintering
Consolidating powder-metal and carbide compacts to full density in vacuum.
Carburising
Adding a controlled carbon-rich case for high-load gears and bearing surfaces.
Industries

Industries Served by Our Vacuum Units

Vacuum processing is specified wherever surface integrity, distortion control and repeatability decide whether a part survives in service. Our units process parts for:

Automotive
Transmission and engine components, press tooling, forging dies and sheet-metal tooling.
Aerospace
High-temperature alloys, structural fittings and assemblies that must stay contamination-free.
Tool & Die
Hobs, punches, inserts, dies and moulds where hardness control decides tool life.
Precision components with documented, traceable and repeatable cycles.
Medical & Pharma
Stainless and titanium parts needing clean, oxide-free, batch-recorded processing.
Power & Oil & Gas
Valve parts, turbine components and pipeline hardware in special alloys.
Why Lakshmi Vacuum

Manufacturer and Processor Under One Quality System

Most job-work shops buy their equipment; most furnace builders never run one in production. Lakshmi Vacuum does both. Our units process parts on the same class of vacuum furnaces we design and build north of Bengaluru, so a cycle proven on the shop floor is a cycle we can hand over with the machine — with the hot zone, quench and control philosophy already known.

Quick Answers

Vacuum Heat Treatment Units — Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take on vacuum heat treatment job work for parts not bought from you?

Yes. The units run commercial job work every day for customers who only need their components processed. You can send parts for brazing, hardening, tempering, annealing, solution treatment, degassing or nitriding without buying a furnace.

How many vacuum heat treatment units does Lakshmi Vacuum operate?

We run 9+ vacuum heat treatment service centres across India — Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hosur, Hyderabad, Manesar, Mumbai, Noida and Pune — coordinated with the furnace manufacturing facility in Bengaluru.

Which locations are closest to major industrial clusters?

Hosur and Chennai cover the Tamil Nadu auto and aerospace belt, Pune and Mumbai cover the western automotive and process-industry corridor, Noida and Manesar cover Delhi NCR, and Hyderabad covers the Telangana precision-engineering base.

What kind of equipment runs at these units?

The service centres operate vacuum furnaces of the same class that we build, so the cycle developed for a job on the shop floor can be reproduced on the furnace you buy — and vice versa.

How is quality controlled and documented?

Every batch follows a documented cycle with recorded parameters and a test report. Trained operators handle loading, cycle monitoring and unloading, and the central engineering and spares team backs each unit.

Can you handle parts for export-bound assemblies?

Our furnaces and process support already reach 10+ export destinations. Export-bound parts are processed to the specified cycle and documented so the records travel with the shipment.

Need a unit near you, or a furnace in it?

Tell us the process, the material and the volume. We will point you to the nearest vacuum heat treatment unit for job work, or spec a furnace around your cycle — whichever your production needs.
