Our Capabilities
Vacuum Hardening & Tempering
Enhances strength and wear resistance of tool steels. Tempering follows immediately to reduce brittleness, optimizing toughness.
Vacuum Dewaxing & Sintering
Removes binders from MIM components safely, followed by high-temperature sintering to achieve near-full density without decarburization.
High Vacuum Brazing
Joins complex metal assemblies with high-strength, leak-tight bonds. Ideal for heat exchangers and medical devices.
Vacuum Annealing
Softens materials and relieves internal stresses without surface oxidation, ensuring a bright, clean metallurgical finish.
Sub-Zero Treatment
Treats metals between -80°C to -140°C to minimize dimensional instability and prevent warping due to retained austenite.
Cryogenic Treatment
Sub-cools metals below -150°C to transform retained austenite into martensite, significantly boosting the wear life of tool steels.
Stress Relieving
Removes residual stresses induced by machining or forming, preventing dimensional distortion during operational use.
Solution Annealing
Dissolves carbides to achieve uniform microstructures, maximizing corrosion resistance of stainless steels and superalloys.
Age Hardening
Precipitates alloying elements to increase yield strength and hardness for aerospace and medical superalloys.
Quality Policy

Continual improvement in the activities by setting objectives and targets.
Building risk-based thinking and process approach through training and motivation.
Satisfying applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Advanced Vacuum Heat Treatment
The Coimbatore unit is located at #464/2, Varathiyangarpalayam, Kondayampalayam Post, Sarkarsamakulam Village, and serves a wide array of sectors including aerospace, automobile, medical implants, tool & die, electronics, and general engineering.
We understand that critical components require precise metallurgical outcomes, which is why we offer an expanded portfolio of vacuum heat treatment services. Beyond standard vacuum hardening and tempering, our facility specializes in High Vacuum Brazing for creating high-integrity joints in complex assemblies. We also provide separate Sub-Zero and Cryogenic treatments to eliminate retained austenite and enhance dimensional stability. For components requiring reduced residual stresses without altering microstructure, our Stress Relieving processes are ideal. Additionally, we offer Vacuum Solution Annealing to achieve uniform microstructures and superior corrosion resistance.
All processes are executed in fully automated vacuum furnaces, ensuring zero surface oxidation and minimal distortion—crucial for high-precision engineering parts manufactured in Coimbatore.

Technical FAQs
What industries in Coimbatore do you serve?
Our Coimbatore unit primarily serves the aerospace, automobile, medical, tool & die, electronics, and general engineering industries. We process critical components that require high precision and zero surface oxidation. Please note we do not fully serve the pump industry, as certain grades are not suitable for vacuum gas quench furnaces.
Do you provide vacuum dewaxing and sintering?
Yes. We offer integrated vacuum dewaxing and sintering operations for powder metallurgy and Metal Injection Molded (MIM) components. This process safely removes binders and sinters the part to near-full density in a single, clean thermal cycle.
Why combine vacuum hardening and tempering?
Vacuum hardening increases hardness but creates internal stresses and brittleness. Immediate vacuum tempering is required to relieve these stresses and restore toughness. Combining them ensures a metallurgically sound component with the exact hardness and ductility required for your application.
What is the difference between cryogenic and sub-zero treatment?
Sub-zero treatment is applied between -80°C to -140°C to minimize dimensional instability. Cryogenic treatment goes deeper, often below -150°C, to transform retained austenite into martensite, significantly boosting the wear life of tool steels.
