VACUUM CARBURIZING FURNACE : PRECI-CARB SERIES

Vacuum Carburizing is an advanced technology where the materials are processed with carbon gas environment under an absolute pressure of a few millibar. Unlike the conventional methods where hydro carbon gases such as methane or propane here acetylene is used. Lakshmi Vacuum has developed Preci-Carb™ technology which greatly increases the carburizing power for the materials. Preci-carb technology provides high availability of carbon, ensures extremely homogenous carburizing environment even for complex geometries with high load densities. The alternative inducing method of active and diffusion cycles boost the carbon content and also ensures uniform results repeatedly.
